What is the procedure for a name transfer of a property tax in Coimbatore

Application forms will be supplied at information centre on payment for Name Transfer of properties in information counter in Ward Office.
All Working days between 10 AM – 3.30 PM

All enquiries including advice on deficiencies in applications/documents will be attended across the table by Assistant Revenue Officer of Ward Office.
Only Tuesdays - Thursdays 3 PM - 5 PM

Final orders will be passed for Name Transfer of properties.

Within 15 days.

Documents required for the Name Transfer of Property Tax:

The application in the prescribed form.

The Relevant documents for ownership.

Legal heir ship Certificate in the event of will and death of case.

Death Certificate in the event of death case.

Copy of up to dated Tax paid receipt.
